Summation formulas

After many searches I couldn't find a single page containing summation formulas for polynomials of order greater than 4. Here is my contribution, with polynomials of order up to 10 in GIF / WMF formats and up to 100 in ASCII text.

I generated those formulas using Euler-Maclaurin summation method:
